What I will make:
OC's fan art etc
Couples, regardless of sexuality
While I will not draw anything totally 18+, I will draw some suggestive artwork, but please try to keep it relatively clean, I BLUSH EASILY.



What I will not make:
Mecha's (plushies or drawn)
Plushies with a lot of armour, this option may be open in the future but not just yet.
Realism
Full blown hentai/porn
Big or very detailed backgrounds.



Fabrics used:
All plushies are stuffed with carded polyester stuffing.
Their skin is made from craft velour for light skinned plushies, Doll Jersey is used for tanned skinned plushies, felt is used for other colours.
Hair is made from faux fur or felt, depending on what I think will suit the hair style best, it will cost less for a doll with felt hair than faux fur hair. Clothes are made from cotton fabric/clothes or felt. Animal plushies can be made from faux fur, fleece or minky.
Eyes and facial features are made from iron on transfers, in the future I will be offering plushies with embroidered features but not just yet.
Hats will be made from fleece.

How it works


Send me an email or note with a brief summary what you want, and please provide visual refrences of the front and back of each character.

I will send to anywhere in the world, I strongly recommend that all commissions be sent via Track and Trace recorded Royal Mail.  You will receive a tracking number as soon as I send the item so you can keep an eye on it, and the mail system can be held to account if it should vanish into the ether.

I will obtain proof of my posting everything, if you insist on cheaper p+p and your parcel is lost in the post I am not responsible.

You will have two weeks from the date I have finished to make the full payment. Note me if you need a little extra time, but if I don't receive the payment in what I feel is a fair amount of time, I will sell the item on and you will not be given your deposit back.

I, naturally, prioritise those who pay me first, if you get bumped down the commission list, this is the reason.

You will not have a secure spot on the commissions list until I receive your deposit. If you haven't paid the deposit and I receive another commission request who is ready to pay they will take your place in the queue, there are no exceptions.

Finished commissions will not be sent until I have received the full payment. Deposits and prices will be discussed after you have sent me all the information for the commission.  Deposits are non-refundable.

  Commissions slots will be unlimited until I close them.

For artworks I will send you WIPs at each stage of the commission when I do you can request changes in the piece, I will do these free of charge UNLESS I deem these as too major from what you originally specified.

I sew everything by hand, and so it will take AT LEAST ONE WEEK to complete a human plushie. Longer if it is complicated or I have to order in materials animal plushies will take at least 2 weeks. I will keep an updated progress/queue list on my latest journal.

While commissions are open Raziart Studios will operate Monday - Friday I do not work at the weekend or process requests until Monday.

If you want material that I don't usually stock used for your plushie, you may have to pay a little extra so I can order it in specifically for your commission.

In case of price changes, any current clients with secure spots will pay their old agreed upon price, not the new price.

I reserve the right to cancel your commission at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. If you have already paid, a full refund will be provided regardless of progress already made on the commission. This includes your deposit.

I can decline a request, depending on the content, supply of stock or any other circumstances at the time.

Buy 5 human plushies, get one free! There is no time limit in-between the commissioning of the five plushies before you can make use of this offer.

My Little Pony plushies have a similar offer, buy the set of 6 ponies and only pay for 5!

These offers exclude postage and packaging and any difficult plushies.


Costs

Paypal fees, from now on there will be a little extra added on to each commission to cover the paypal fee.
Postage and Packaging to the UK and Ireland is £5.90 I can fit 2 plushies per envelope.

Postage to Europe and America: I haven't had to send track and trace outside the UK before so until I get exact prices I will ask for £10 to cover the p+p if you order is cheaper than this to sent I will send you back the extra.

The more complicated the plushie the more it will cost for example a plushie with armour will cost more than a character in plain clothes.

I will not go down further in price than the starting prices I have stated below. This is part of how I pay rent/live on and prices are already in the lower bracket for custom plushies.

Postage time in the UK and Ireland is usually around 3 days, the rest of Europe can take a week and it can take up to and over 10 days to get to America. Track and Trace postal charges to Ireland and the UK are £5.90, I will let you know via email the cost to post to other countries will be.
